We ship our handmade crafts to select countries. International shipping typically takes 5-14 business days to arrive depending on your location. All international orders include tracking number. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply based on your country's regulations.

Do I need to provide an EORI number as a private individual when shipping to the EU (European Union)?
Yes, an EORI number is required for EU buyers when importing or exporting goods for personal use from outside the EU. Order from EU without an EORI number will be cancelled and fully-refunded.

How should I care for my handmade board game?
To preserve their quality: keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; avoid exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures; clean gently with a soft, dry cloth; and store pieces in their designated compartments when not in use.
How do I maintain vintage home decor pieces?
Each vintage piece has its own character and patina. To maintain their beauty: dust regularly with a soft cloth; avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners; keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading; and for wooden items, occasionally treat with appropriate wood care products. Specific care instructions are included with each piece.
Are your products water-resistant?
Our products are not water-resistant unless specifically stated in the product description. We recommend keeping them away from water and moisture to preserve their condition.
Order Requests & Cancellation
Can I request for board game with specific color?
Yes, please inquire if you prefer a specific color via Shopify Chat before purchasing. Our team will check the availability and respond within 24 hours.
What is your policy on custom order cancellations?
Cancellations are not accepted unless product is received in damaged condition, as materials and labor have been committed to make each board game. Please provide unboxing video and/or photo to be eligible for cancellation.
